After some thinking, I have decided to continue blogging on Substack. It’s easier. I like the platform, and I think you will too. Also, let’s be honest, I can also monetize my work through subscriptions for those who want more than just posts. In the near future, I plan on creating subscriber tiers, offering class discounts, options to purchase occult or metaphysical items, and of course offer tarot readings at a discount. Should be fun, right? I think so, and hopefully you will too. If there is anything you want me to talk about, let me know. Perhaps I can do a post on it and lots of others will enjoy it too. Mistress Of The House Is Published!
Another House Tale Book is birthed and ready to be enjoyed by readers! As someone told me, this is the best of them all! I have to admit, I’m pretty proud of it, if I say so myself. Thelma has just returned from her treatment at The House, and she’s primed and ready to practice…

Digging Into The Entrails
Flannery O’Connor said many things in her short life. This particular viewpoint I found quite interesting: Luckily, I have not found writing a terrible experience. There’s a lot of diversity in this book, but I didn’t write diversity or attempt it because I wanted to tick off “diversity” on a…

The Occult And Writing
Looking back on my personal history, I became interested with occult themes in my mid-twenties. Between graduate classes and work, I’d find myself heading off to the new age shop whenever I got a spare moment. Unfortunately, that old shop is now gone. I loved walking up the steps to the old house where I’d…

Throwback Writing
Throwback writing. People have their throwbacks to everything, reminiscing over bygone days. Days when everything seemed simpler, more innocent. Some like to present throwbacks to fashion, hairstyles, music. What I haven’t seen much of is authors presenting the first story they ever wrote. Do you as readers ever wonder about that? Most authors say their…

We’ll Have The Usual, Thank You!
Yes, you will. There’s no doubt about it. You’ll have the usual and nothing but the usual, forever and ever, amen. Most of you may not know this, but in my retail store I try to carry unusual items, unique and not the run-of-the-mill merchandise that other stores carry. I mean, I want to be…
